It was in her senior year in Bloomington that
she met Mark Troyer at the Christian Student Fellowship campus ministry
and they married in August of 1983. Mark’s job with Marathon Oil Company
brought them to Findlay, Ohio, where they began attending Central Church
of Christ.
With
the addition of our Youth Minister in August of 2005, Deb became the
Children’s Ministry Director. Deb primarily focuses on nursery through
elementary age children which allows her to blend her love for children
with her passion for them to know Christ. She is currently a teacher in
the preschool department, a Program Consultant for the Homework Central
after school homework assistance program, as well as a youth leader for the elementary
youth group on Sunday evenings. Mark utilizes his computer skills in the
Media Ministry.
Deb and Mark have six children; Amy, Erin,
David, Sam, Stephanie, and Andrea. Amy married Jeff Thomas on May 14, 2005
and they reside in Anderson, Indiana, while attending Anderson University.

University in Bowling Green, Ohio. David, Sam, Stephanie, and Andrea all attend Findlay
City Schools and are actively involved in the youth programs at Central.
