Craig was born and raised in the Detroit area and he is the third of three
children born to Dean and Lori Rogghe. Craig attended East Detroit High
School where his passion focused on Automotive.
In
2003 he attended Ferris State University and earned his Associates in
Automotive Service Technology. It was in his third year at FSU that he
realized he was called to the ministry. He then transferred to great
Lakes Christian College and in 2006 received his Bachelor’s Degree in
Christian Ministries and Bible Theology.
While attending Great Lakes, he served at various churches in the youth
and Christian education departments, but after graduation, he decided that
college students were still his focus. He became a missionary for the
Navigators in 2006 and reached out to the college students on the campus
of Miami University (Ohio). He strengthened his training for the ministry
until late 2007, when he was called to Central.
Craig’s loving family includes his wife Melissa and daughter Anell, with a
second child on the way. He loves spending time with his family and also
enjoys the Disc Golf course with their dog Lexus.
Melissa graduated from East Detroit High School and attended Ferris State
University. At FSU she focused on computers, but later decided to stay at
home with their daughter Anell. She loves scrap-booking and reaching out
to women and strengthening their walk with the Lord.
Anell is two years old and loves her Dora coloring book, Dora bed, Dora
shoes, and everything Play-Doh. She also loves to watch the Doodlebops
and sing and dance along with Bus Driver Bob!
